BERIGLO currently ships products across India.

Orders are generally delivered within an estimated 4–5 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

BERIGLO accepts returns only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery in cases involving:

  • Damage
  • Leakage
  • Defective products
  • Products that cannot be safely or normally used
  • Incorrect products supplied by BERIGLO

Products must generally be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, except where the issue itself involves damage, leakage, defect or incorrect supply.

We currently do not accept change-of-mind or personal-preference returns.

For approved returns, BERIGLO will arrange pickup from the customer's delivery location.
